SST took a close game one 3-2,then easily won the remaining two as the Steelheads gained a 3 game sweep at Jacksonville.The Steelheads had many contributers to their sweep like Tristan Casas (5-14;3 hr;6 rbi's) and Trent Grisham (6-12;2 hr;5 rbi's),but the guy who really led the way for SST was TJ Friedl,who went 8-13 with 3 hr's & 8 rbi's.....His best game was game 3.Friedl stepped to the plate in the 8th inning of game three needing only a triple to achieve the cycle......Tj then ripped a low line drive to left center,and made it to 3rd safely,to indeed do what few have done and hit for the cycle in a game three 12-2 victory to close out the sweep for the Steelheads! | 3 games | |

1) Franco boots inning-ending dp ball in 6th, opening the door to three-run inning and Crickets hang on 4-2. 2) Freddy Peralta and three relievers combine on 4-hit shutout with 14ks, Alonso drives home 3 to give him 35 in 31 games.3) Crickets come back from 4-1 and 6-4 vs Pigpen and Speier/Lawrence hang on for 8-6 win.4) Down to their last out, Crickets get a triple from Lowe and he scores on... a balk!. In 10th, Mastrobuoni draws bases loaded walk with 2 outs and Gibaut hangs on for 3-2 win and 3-1 series win. | 4 games | |

G1: Pigs scored 2 in the 2nd, then never gave up the lead. Pigpen threw 3 scoreless frames allowing only 1 hit. NWP, 5-2. G2: There were only 3 extra base hits in the game, and each drove in one of the game's only 3 runs. Dansby Swanson's walkoff double scored the auto runner to end it. QCK, 2-1 in 10. G3: Pig SP Brad Keller allowed 5 runs in 3 IP, but Pigpen came through again shutting down the Crickets offense with 6 scoreless frames. Alonso was 3 for 3 with 2 HRs and 3 RBIs. G1: The Owls are a paltry 0-10 with RISP, scoring only 2 runs on 11 hits. The Wildcatters manage only 4 hits scoring 4 with the big blast a 3 run HR from Parades; 4-2 HWC. G2: 3-3 through 4, but Houston plates 3 late runs on HR by Rendon and Sanchez; 6-3 HWC. G3: All Houston as JD Martinez goes 4-5 w/ 2D and 4 RBI; 9-5 HWC. G4: a 3 run blast by Alvarez propels the Owls to an early lead, but HWC ties it in the bottom of the 9th on Neto's base hit and a Greene D. The Owls avoid the sweep on a Kwan D in the 10th with Holton shutting the door in the bottom half ; 6-5 ULO. | 4 games | |

G1-Miguel Cabrera's two-run homer in the seventh breaks a 2-2 tie, but NY has the tying run trying to score with two outs in the ninth on a 1-15 chance. Alas the splits weren't kind, and McNeil is nailed at the plate, 5-4 DTO. G2-NY rookie Gavin Williams turns in six strong innings and the Knights have a 5-1 lead after five and never look back, 8-1 NYK. G3-Spencer Strider goes the distance for NY, striking out 12 while allowing only one walk, and NY takes a nail-biter, 2-1. G4-The hairiest game of the series. DTO is cruising with a 6-2 lead in the eighth, but Matt Thaiss' two-run double, followed by Logan O'Hoppe's RBI single and a costly Brandon Crawford error ties the game at 6. Durham takes an 8-6 lead in the eleventh but, down to their final out in the bottom half, NY's Matt Wallner hits a two-run, 1-5 split chance, homer to tie it. Jorge Polanco's pinch homer with two men on an inning later gives NY the victory, 11-8 NYK, 12 innings. | 4 games | |
