G1: Sheehan (6), Speier (2), and Erceg (1) combined on a 1-hit shutout. Josh Naylor broke up the no-no with a leadoff single in the 9th. Zach Littell had a rough outing, giving up 6 runs without retiring a batter. QCK, 9-0. G2: The first inning curse fell on Justin Steele this time as he allowed 3 runs in the initial frame. Dustin May allowed only 4 hits thru 5 IP and the Huskies' bullpen was immaculate: 4IP, 0H, 0R, 0BB, 7K. BMH, 4-2. | 2 games | |

1) Jints pick apart Assad for runs in 3rd,4th,5th and 6th, and German sharp despite yielding 2 dingers... Jints pen goes 3 perfect to preserve 5-3 win. 2) Ford and Outman slug Pigs to 7-1 lead but Robert and Knizer propel furious comeback, but Kimbrel eventually shuts door for 7-6 Pigs win. 3) Witt and Altuve dingers tie game at 3 but Trejo error in 8th sets up Wander for gw rbi single, Pigs 4-3. 4) After Kirilloff leads game off with dinger, Pivetta yields nothing else and Pigs do just enough vs Houck to pull off 4-1 win. 5) Snell dominates and Mullins and Lowe provide the offense even though Jints ground into 4 dps, RBJ 3-0. | 5 games | |

G1-The Knights score four times on five hits in the second inning to turn a 1-0 game into a 5-0 lead. NY starter Gavin Williams' home debut, while not spectacular, was good enough. With help from the pen the Knights hang on by a 7-3 score. G2-HWC's Logan Webb is perfect through 4 and allows no hits through 7 when he's pulled in favor of Connor Brogdon. Brogdon is immediately greeted by a Matt Wallner single to foil the no-hitter, but that's the only hit NY can muster as Houston cruises to a 6-0 win. G3-Hunter Brown goes seven strong innings for NY, and Jorge Polanco's first inning homer is the only tally of the game, 1-0 NY. G4-NY takes a 4-1 lead after three frames with ace Shane Bieber on the hill, but Shane allows HWC to tie it at 4 in the sixth and tires in the seventh. Brent Suter and Louie Varland out of NY's pen can't keep Houston from adding single runs in the eighth and ninth while three Wildcatter relievers are nearly perfect over the last three. It adds up to a disappointing home split after taking the early lead, 6-4 HWC. | 4 games | |

G2: Knights bullpen is the culprit yet again, allowing a 7 spot in the 7th blowing a 7-1 lead with JD's 3 run blast the big blow; 8-7 HWC. G3: Webb and Strider locked in a pitchers duel. NY is 3-14 with RISP and the game goes to extras. Larnach's GS wins it in the 10th; 6-2 NYK. G4: Pitchers duel between Barrios and Brown. Taylors RBI S in the 7th plates the winner. Teams were a combined 2-17 with RISP; 2-1 HWC. G5: Knights break open a close game with 5 in the 9th, 11-5 NYK. | 5 games | |
